Age Groups

These are the age brackets that each runner can race within to compete with those in a similar age group. 2024 will see the introduction of an Age Group Winner Prize for the GPT100 Miler Solo, Stage Race, and GPT50k. Ages will be calculated by the runner’s age on the day of the Race.

Youth: 0 - 23

Open: 24 - 39

Masters: 40 - 49

50 - 59: 50 - 59

60 - 69: 60 - 69

Legends: 70 +
