Nightly Meals
SingleTrack have Partnered with Ash from Peaks Chef in an effort to simplify your race essentials and eat healthy, hearty meals each night to get you and your crew through this Epic adventure
Each Meal each night will cost $35 per person or all 5 nights for a $150 bundle, including the Pasta Party on Wednesday Night through to the Street Food offerings available Sunday night. Dinners will be served at the Centenary Hall or just outside in the forecourt depending on weather. Bookings must be made via the Race Roster Shop so that we can finalise numbers. If you are running the stage race you might choose to go out one night for dinner, but the other nights let us handle dinner for you and your crew!
Book NOW for each night you and your crew are planning on taking advantage of our Nightly Meals. Bookings will sell out this year. Due to the demand we had last year, we are sure of this. SO BE QUICK. We know there will be people disappointed who ask us for tickets. We will only be able to say that you should have been more organised.
Just Spectating? Book your dinners too. These meals are not only offered to runners, but also spectators, crew, vollies and anyone who wants to get involved.
We are excited to bring you a vibrant menu brimming with healthy familiar favourites, hearty classics and an energy boosting freshly cooked food every day. Everything you’ll need to fuel up for the challenge!
Opening with a Pasta Party to satisfy all appetites and finishing Sunday with a more relaxed Burger bar featuring several meat & veggie options and plenty of street food style fare that makes it easy for you to socialise with your fellow runners.

Wednesday Pasta Party:
2 types of pasta tossed in Olive oil and fresh herbs with:
Homemade beef meatballs in red wine tomato sauce
Grilled vegetables, pesto (V) ( mushrooms, courgettes, aubergines, red onions, tomatoes)
Roasted Garlic tomato sauce (v) + grilled chicken
Cheese and spinach ravioli w mushroom cream sauce (v)
Thursday Meal Plan
Oven roasted chicken portions with roasted potatoes & green vegetables ( broccoli, courgettes &
green peas with fresh mint)
Vegan chickpea and vegetable curry with brown rice
Beef tortellini with roasted garlic tomato sauce & plain pasta with sauce
Cottage pie .. ground beef slow cooked in a rich broth with vegetables and topped with creamy
mashed potatoes

Beef and vegetable stir fry with hokkein noodles Plus vegetarian option
